To keep your jewel shiny and new, we recommend that you regularly wipe it with a Chamois cotton cloth and store it in a pouch.
Look after your FRANCK HERVAL and Nature Bijoux jewellery by avoiding direct contact with chemicals. Refrain from spraying perfume or wearing it on skin that's in direct contact with your jewel.
We advise you to avoid plunging your jewel in water.

We recommend washing our clothes by hand in a sink, or in a bucket with an eco friendly detergent such as a eucalyptus wash.
(We understand that not everyone wants to hand wash all of their clothes, so if you do machine wash, make sure it is on a cold water, delicate wash, in a wash bag and not overloaded)
Gently ring your garment to remove most of the water. Firmly flick out your garment before hanging on a hanger out of direct sun in the shade.
NEVER use a clothes dryer as clothes may shrink or get damaged!

We also EXPRESS POST all Australian Orders under $150 for only $15
Please note there is are certain items due their size, such as Footwear, Hats and Gift Packs that will have a small post charge to help cover the cost of the express post.
INTERNATIONAL POST
We currently post to NEW ZEALAND for a flat rate of $25AUD (up to 3kg) this will be automatically calculated at checkout.
All other international orders, the postage cost will be required paid before despatch. Please follow the order process and we will make contact with you for the exact postage costs.
Once your order has been packed and left our Qld Boutique, you will be emailed a tracking number by Australia Post.

On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately these Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.

Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded.
