You are buying a quality product at Style House Fashion. We do understand sometimes issues may arise. In certain circumstances we may consider a store credit or exchange of an exact item or similar item, to the same value or a store credit to the item value if we are contacted within 7 days, and item is returned under our policy guidelines. The item/s must be in perfect condition and returned to us within 10 business days.
Please look carefully on the sizing guides and in store, unfortunately we do not provide a refund for change of mind only store credits.
If you have a quality issue with your item you must contact us at email@example.com or in store within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. There must be a clear outline of the faulty item including photos (this does not include sale items).
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 calendar days has lapsed since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a credit note, refund or exchange, under any circumstance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
Please choose carefully when purchasing Sale Items in store or online as we don't provide a refund, exchange or credit note if you change your mind or its not the right fit.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on clearance or sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
DISCOUNT CODES including Star Rewards Discounts are not accepted on Sale Items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number and full name attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as per our policy.
If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed within 3 business days. If you haven't heard from us, there is often some processing time please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If your item is defective or damaged we will exchange it for the same item where possible and if the item is still available. If the item is no longer available an exchange online voucher to the same value will be provided or refund depending on your preference.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In an exchange or using a store credit you are required to pay the cost of postage before your order is despatched.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
